Hotel Brisas del Mar is a condo project. Every unit has a fantastic view. There is a huge
patio with pool and bar, overlooking the entire bay and town. The view is truly spectacular. It is on the
hill above Playa Los Muretos (the most popular beach in PV). One block and 153 steps up from the
beach, in the heart of Old-Town, Vallarta. This is actually the back of the project, the front is about 20
paces from the main road that goes all the way through Vallarta. So it's accessible without having to
climb all the steps.
There are 39 Air-conditioned, one bedroom units, with kitchenettes (that sleep 3) available. The units
themselves basic accommodations, but they are quiet, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.
