The Villa Del Palmar is’ units are all Two Bedroom, privately owned and have just been made available, to the
public, for the first time, through ARA and GETAWAYS. The individual owners have furnised them according to
their own taste. Each of them that Vallarta Infinito handles is very nice, just not standard. Most of them
are unique two story units. They have Air Conditioning, TV and the needed appliances. There is
a pool, bar and restaurant on-site that are absolutley first class. Beautiful grounds and lobby add
the overall feeling of luxury.
Do you get the feeling that I am hurrying through this description? Well, I am. It is a great resort
and all of your clients would enjoy it. But, everything I have said so far, could be said about some
other condo projects. However , there is one little thing that I havn’t mentioned yet. Villa Del
Palmar is on The 18-hole ‘La Mantarraya’ Golf course. The ‘La Mantarraya’, designed by Roy
A Dye, is one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the world. Golf Digest Magazine
has rated it one of the top 100 greatest golf courses in the world. They went even further. Golf
Digest says, "La Mantarraya is the only 18 hole golf course in the world, worth flying 3000 miles
to play." Shooting this course is a golfers dream. And your clients can walk out of their unit,
onto the course. If you run a "Golfers Special' on this one, they will line up at your door. There
isn’t a rack rate, per se.
