The Playa Sol Las Hades, is located next door to the Las Hades Hotel. It was built on the side of
a mountain. Each unit look out over Manzanillo Bay and the coastline, clear to the city of
Manzanillo. The units consist of Studios and one Bedrooms for the most part. We have rated the
units themselves as average. They have Air Conditioning, phones, needed appliances and are
quite comfortable. They don’t have the little extras, in the way of decorations. The pool area and
grounds are above par. The pool has a waterfall incorporated into it, that is very pleasurable, to
say the least.
There is one thing that you should be aware of about the Playa Sol Las Hades.. This place is
literally built on the side of a mountain. This creates fantastic views, privacy and a lot of winding
stairways. There are no elevators. Don’t book anyone into here that might have a problem
handling the stairs, they will not appreciate it, or you.
On to the Good stuff. Transportation is no problem. There is a taxi stand and a bus stop at the
front door. There are also restaurants and shops close by. The beach, which runs in front of the
Las Hadas Hotel, all the way to the marina, is considered one of the best on the entire bay. Very
little wave action, because it’s protected by the inner breakwater of the marina. This is the
stretch of beach that everyone wants to be on. Your client might get to be in a segment of
"Lifstyles of the Rich and Famous".
