RULES FOR THE ARA SWEEPSTAKES CONTEST

CONTEST RULES
All prizes are Guaranteed to be awarded.
1. Advance Reservation Association, here-in- after referred to as ARA,
guarantees that a minimum of one, in every ten entrants, will win The Third
prize. For each 500 registered winners, a Second Place drawing will be
held. First Prize drawings will be held each time three Second Place Prizes
have been awarded.
2. Prizes are awarded by random drawings. Weekly drawings are held
from valid entries received no later than Midnight on Sunday of each week.
3. All Winners must register their vacation within 14 days of notification
and prior to making a reservation. Because of the number of accommodations
available and to insure that only serious travelers register their win, there
is a $5.00 USD registration fee. This fee will be refunded, in full, when
the winners use their prize.
4. All Winners are notified via e-mail within 3 days of each drawing. In
case of undeliverable e-mail, the ARA will place the vacation back into the contest.
5. All reservations are subject to the available space at the time of
travel. (So make your reservations early, especially for holidays and peak
seasons.)
6. All prize benefits must be reserved through the ARA only and cannot
be redeemed for cash. Prizes are not usable in conjunction with any other
resort or hotel discounts or promotions.
7. All vacation recipients are responsible for payment of any and all
taxes and/or related local, state, federal or International and/or fees (such
as hotel taxes), that may apply to such promotional vacation offer. ARA and
all contest sponsors explicitly disclaim responsibility for taxes and/or fees
associated with any usage of the promotional vacation.
8. This promotional vacation does not include incidental expenses, or
gratuities. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the user.
9. Winners may travel anytime they wish, within 18 months from their
registration date. To be valid, all travel must be completed by that date.
10. Winners agree to allow ARA and its’ Associate members to use their
names and likeness, free of charge for promotional purposes, at the option
of the ARA, it’s Associate Members and/or the promotion sponsors.
11. This contest shall continue for one full year and continue until such
time as ARA and/or the promotion sponsor, at their sole discretion, determines
to change or discontinue the Mexico Vacation Giveaway.
12. ARA, Association Members, and/or promotion sponsors are not responsible
for any verbal or written representations other than the representations contained herein.
